We offer free shipping on all orders above INR 500. For orders below INR 500, a nominal delivery charge of INR 50 is applicable. We make sure to deliver your personalised products within 7-10 working days. All orders are carefully packed and shipped via reliable courier services. In case of any delay, we will notify you via email or phone.
Return and Exchange Policy
We strive to provide you with the best quality products, but in case you are not satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges. You can return the product within 15 days of delivery, and we will initiate the refund or exchange process promptly. The returned product must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that personalised products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
